Introduction
Vitamin B1 deficiency usually refers to thiamine deficiency disease, which can lead to irritability, decreased blood pressure, and gradual circulatory failure, making individuals prone to fatigue. It may easily cause elevated systemic venous pressure, resulting in impaired cardiac function and involvement of the digestive system, leading to anorexia. It can also trigger peripheral neuritis, causing muscle pain, reduced strength in the gastrocnemius muscle, and motor dysfunction.

Vitamin B1 deficiency usually refers to thiamine deficiency disease, which generally causes symptoms such as easy fatigue, loss of appetite, and movement disorders.

1. Easy Fatigue

When it leads to irritability, decreased blood pressure, and gradually deteriorating circulation, individuals are prone to experience easy fatigue.

2. Loss of Appetite

It can easily cause increased systemic venous pressure, resulting in reduced cardiac function and affecting the digestive system, leading to symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, thereby causing loss of appetite.

3. Movement Disorders

It may easily induce peripheral neuritis, causing muscle pain and reduced strength in the calf muscles (gastrocnemius), resulting in movement disorders, such as difficulty standing or walking normally.

In addition, it may also cause palpitations. Timely treatment is recommended to control the condition.
