Introduction
Splenic rupture usually cannot heal on its own and is generally caused by severe impact or trauma. It requires prompt surgical treatment, such as splenectomy, at a hospital to prevent worsening of the condition. In addition, if the splenic rupture is due to trauma, immediate measures should include controlling bleeding and dressing the wound. The patient's vital signs—including heart rate and blood pressure—must be closely monitored before timely transfer to a hospital.

Spleen rupture usually cannot heal on its own and is generally caused by severe impact or trauma. Immediate medical attention is required for surgical treatment such as splenectomy to prevent worsening of the condition.

After spleen rupture, spontaneous recovery is uncommon. Emergency surgery must be performed promptly at a hospital. This condition has a relatively high mortality rate, with common symptoms including massive hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock. Following suspected spleen rupture, imaging examinations such as CT scans and color Doppler ultrasound of the spleen should be conducted at a hospital. These tests effectively assess the severity of the rupture and detect conditions such as abdominal fluid accumulation. In mild cases, clinical manifestations may include abdominal pain; in more severe cases, symptoms such as pallor, increased heart rate, and cold extremities may occur, necessitating immediate splenectomy.

In addition, if spleen rupture results from trauma, initial first aid should include controlling bleeding and dressing the wound site. The patient's vital signs—including heart rate and blood pressure—must be closely monitored before prompt transportation to a hospital.
