Introduction
Dizziness and tinnitus massage usually involves acupoints such as the Taiyang point, Shenting point, and Yintang point. The Taiyang point is located on the head, in the depression about one finger-width lateral to the midpoint between the eyebrow tip and the outer corner of the eye. Massaging this point can help relieve symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and tinnitus, with pressure gradually increasing from light to firm. In addition to these points, the Sishencong points can also be massaged; they are located on the head, 5 cun above the anterior hairline at the midline.

Dizziness and tinnitus massage usually involves acupoints such as the temples, Shenting (GV24), and Yintang. Specific details are as follows:

1. Temples

Located on the head, in the depression about one finger-width between the eyebrow's end and the outer corner of the eye. Massaging this point can help relieve headaches, dizziness, and tinnitus. Pressure should be gradually increased from light to firm.

2. Shenting (GV24)

Typically located 0.5 cun above the midpoint of the anterior hairline. Massaging this acupoint can refresh the mind and improve mental clarity, helping to alleviate dizziness.

3. Yintang

Usually found in the depression at the bridge of the nose, between the inner ends of the two eyebrows. This point helps activate meridians and dispel wind. Press with the fingertip ten times, then rotate clockwise and counterclockwise 20 to 30 times each.

In addition to the above points, the Sishencong acupoints may also be massaged. These are located on the scalp, 1 cun above the midpoint of the anterior hairline in all four directions (anterior, posterior, left, and right). It is important to get adequate rest, avoid prolonged熬夜 (staying up late), and prevent excessive fatigue. Engaging in moderate physical exercises such as jogging or mountain climbing can also help enhance immunity.
