1. Non-pathological factors
Prolonged熬夜 or excessive mobile phone use may lead to eye strain and fatigue of the eye muscles, resulting in symptoms such as headache and eyelid twitching. It is recommended to reduce screen time and ensure adequate sleep in daily life to alleviate these discomforts.
2. Pathological factors
1) Neuralgic headache
