Introduction
Intestinal gas and pain in the lower right abdomen may be caused by physiological factors or pathological conditions such as appendicitis or intestinal tuberculosis, which require targeted treatment. If one skips meals for long periods or eats irregularly, gastrointestinal function may be affected, leading to indigestion. In such cases, food accumulates in the gastrointestinal tract and is broken down by bacteria, producing gas.
Abdominal bloating and right lower abdominal pain may be caused by physiological factors or pathological conditions such as appendicitis, intestinal tuberculosis, etc. Targeted treatment is required. Specific analyses are as follows:
I. Physiological Factors
If one skips meals for long periods or eats irregularly, gastrointestinal function may be affected, leading to indigestion. 2. Intestinal Tuberculosis
If the intestine is infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, fluid accumulation (ascites) in the right abdominal region may occur, leading to such symptoms. Under medical supervision, treatment may include anti-tuberculosis drugs such as rifampicin tablets and isoniazid tablets.
In addition to the above, conditions such as intestinal stricture, rectal cancer, colon cancer, and gastric cancer may also cause similar symptoms.
