Introduction
1. Consume easily digestible foods that protect the gastric mucosa: These foods are nutrient-rich and do not impose additional burden on the gastrointestinal tract. 2. Eat fresh vegetables—such as spinach and cabbage—to replenish essential vitamins and other nutrients required by the body. 3. Follow a low-fat diet: Opt for lean meats such as beef and lamb to help reduce gastroesophageal reflux. 4. Consume alkaline-leaning fruits—such as pears and apples.

Patients with bile reflux may consume foods that are easy to digest and protect the gastric mucosa, fresh vegetables, low-fat diets, and slightly alkaline fruits.

1. Foods that are easy to digest and protect the gastric mucosa: such as millet-pumpkin porridge, coix seed–Chinese yam porridge, eight-treasure porridge, and noodles. These foods are nutrient-rich and do not place excessive strain on the gastrointestinal tract.

2. Fresh vegetables: such as spinach and cabbage, which help replenish essential vitamins and other nutrients required by the body.

3. Low-fat diet: Patients may consume lean beef, lamb, lean pork, and skimmed milk to help reduce reflux.

4. Slightly alkaline fruits: such as pears, apples, durians, cherries, and mangoes. Since excessive gastric acid secretion is a common cause of bile reflux, consuming slightly alkaline fruits may aid in recovery.
