To remove blackheads with toothpaste, it is generally recommended to dilute the toothpaste with water, mix thoroughly, and then apply it evenly to areas affected by blackheads. After waiting 15 minutes, rinse the toothpaste off completely. However, pores often appear enlarged after rinsing; applying cold compresses afterward can help constrict them, thereby alleviating blackhead formation. Alternatively, chemical peels containing alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) may be used for treatment, effectively removing blackheads.
