Antral gastritis primarily refers to a chronic inflammatory disease of the gastric mucosa triggered by various etiological factors. Some patients with this condition remain asymptomatic, while others may experience dyspeptic symptoms such as decreased appetite, acid reflux, and dull epigastric pain.
