Heatstroke typically lasts one to two days. Patients with mild heatstroke should promptly be moved to a well-ventilated area for cooling and fluid replacement therapy. Symptoms usually begin to improve within one to two hours and fully resolve within one to two days. Patients are advised to drink plenty of water and consume ample vegetables and fruits in daily life.
