In cases of excessive male foreskin length, the foreskin can be smoothly retracted and flipped backward. Since the glans mucosa is normally concealed under the foreskin, it experiences less friction and stimulation during daily life, resulting in heightened sensitivity of the nerve endings in the glans mucosa. During intercourse, when the penis becomes erect, the glans is exposed and comes into contact with the vaginal wall, causing friction and stimulation. Due to the excessive sensitivity of the glans mucosa nerves, this may trigger premature excitation and lead to premature ejaculation.
