Scrotal peeling in children may be caused by dryness of the scrotal skin or by bacterial growth. If due to bacterial infection, symptoms such as itching and redness are commonly present. Under a doctor's guidance, clean the area thoroughly with water first, then apply erythromycin ointment for treatment. If the peeling is caused by dry scrotal skin, it can also lead to flaking; in this case, it is recommended to apply warm towel compresses, drink adequate water, and stay well-hydrated.
