It is quite normal to experience a sensation of heaviness or pressure in the lower abdomen after myomectomy.
After the surgical removal of uterine fibroids, the uterus gradually contracts, which may cause a feeling of fullness or discomfort in the lower abdomen.
However, a sensation of heaviness in the lower abdomen could sometimes indicate wound infection or gynecological inflammation following surgery.
