Fever accompanied by rash and itching may involve various diseases and requires specific analysis. Common causes include:

1. Autoimmune diseases: Such as systemic lupus erythematosus and dermatomyositis, which may also present with fever, rash, and itching.

2. Allergic reactions: If the patient has an allergic constitution, exposure to allergens may trigger allergic reactions, such as urticaria, characterized by skin itching and swelling.

3. Viral infections: Fever and the resulting decreased immunity may make the body susceptible to viral infections, leading to symptoms of rash and itching. Common viruses include measles and rubella.

4. Fungal or bacterial infections: Skin infections can sometimes cause localized fever, redness, and itching.

For the above situations, patients are advised to seek immediate medical attention. A qualified physician should make a definitive diagnosis through detailed medical history, physical examination, and necessary laboratory tests, followed by appropriate treatment. Before the cause is clearly identified, self-medication should be avoided to prevent delay in treatment. Additionally, patients should rest adequately, keep the skin clean and dry, and wear loose clothing to alleviate discomfort.
