This month has been particularly busy at work, and I suspect I may have developed “internal heat,” which has triggered a recurrence of hemorrhoids. I notice some bleeding during every bowel movement. A friend suggested this might be an anal fissure. Could you please explain the difference between an anal fissure and hemorrhoids?
