Causes of Loss of Appetite, Weight Loss, and Fatigue
Disease description:
Recently, I’ve been experiencing a loss of appetite and unexplained weight loss. I also feel weak and fatigued. What could be causing these symptoms?
The patient presents with generalized fatigue, weight loss, and loss of appetite—symptoms that likely indicate underlying digestive dysfunction or gastric disease. Alternatively, these symptoms may stem from constitutional weakness. It is recommended that the patient regulate their condition through dietary adjustments and adequate rest. Moderate physical exercise may also help improve appetite. The patient should avoid chronic sleep deprivation and excessive physical or mental exertion.
