Enlargement of cervical lymph nodes can be categorized into the following conditions:

If caused by bacterial or viral infection, antibiotics or antiviral agents may be selected. Common antibiotics include amoxicillin capsules, cefalexin capsules, and roxithromycin capsules. Common antiviral agents include ribavirin tablets, oseltamivir phosphate granules, and acyclovir tablets.

If cervical lymph node tuberculosis is caused by *Mycobacterium tuberculosis*, anti-tuberculosis therapy is required, with commonly used drugs including isoniazid, rifampicin, and ethambutol.

If lymphadenopathy results from an autoimmune disease, corticosteroids—such as prednisone acetate tablets or methylprednisolone tablets—may be prescribed for anti-inflammatory treatment. Treatment should always follow the physician’s instructions.
