It is characterized by peeling skin between the toes, small blisters, and itching. Symptoms often worsen in hot weather or with excessive sweating. The infection spreads through close contact; if a patient's shoes or socks are shared, especially with individuals who have weak immune systems, transmission can occur. If you have tinea pedis, you can treat it by wiping the affected area with alcohol. You can do this twice a week, and good results may become noticeable within a few weeks. White radish, a common vegetable in daily diets, is also helpful in treating tinea pedis. Boil white radish and pour the water into a foot basin. When the temperature is comfortable, soak your feet. Consistently soaking feet in white radish water can significantly relieve itching and foot odor caused by tinea pedis.
