Facial gua sha can promote blood circulation in the face, making it appear more rosy and radiant. The pressure used during facial gua sha should be gentle, and the duration should not be too long. Below is a video tutorial on facial gua sha:
1. After cleansing the face, apply a warm towel compress for 2 minutes.

2. Then evenly apply massage oil to both the face and the gua sha tool.
3. Gently press facial acupoints with the gua sha tool to open the meridians.
4. Scrape downward from top to bottom along acupoints such as Chengjiang (CV24), Dichang (ST4), Yingxiang (LI20), Juliao (ST3), and Jingming (BL1), moving from the forehead toward the jaw. Then lift upward toward the left and right cheeks, gently pressing and stroking the entire face with the gua sha tool.
5. Finally, wipe off the massage oil and proceed with your regular skincare routine.
