Introduction
Medically, a positive COVID-19 test is referred to as a positive infection with the novel coronavirus. If individuals come into contact with someone infected with the novel coronavirus but both parties take proper personal protective measures, transmission is unlikely. However, if one party fails to protect themselves adequately, infection may occur. Patients should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits such as apples and tomatoes. Additionally, when symptoms are severe, patients need to rest in bed.

A positive COVID-19 test is medically referred to as a positive diagnosis of infection with the novel coronavirus. Transmission is unlikely if both individuals take proper personal protective measures when in contact with someone infected with the novel coronavirus; however, transmission may occur if one party fails to protect themselves adequately.

Infection with the novel coronavirus refers to the disease caused by this virus. The Omicron variant of the novel coronavirus has stronger transmissibility and spreads more quickly, though its pathogenicity has decreased. Some patients may show no obvious symptoms, while others may experience symptoms such as loss of taste, dry cough, fatigue, runny nose, difficulty breathing, fever, and diarrhea. The severity of illness and specific symptoms vary depending on individual physical conditions.

When coming into contact with a person infected with the novel coronavirus, transmission is highly unlikely if both parties maintain a distance of at least one meter and wear masks properly. However, if one person does not wear a mask or if close contact occurs without adequate protection, transmission may happen. If both individuals are unmasked and speak closely to each other, the risk of transmission increases significantly, potentially leading to infection with the novel coronavirus and the development of the aforementioned symptoms.

Patients should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits such as apples and tomatoes, which can help boost immune function. Additionally, when symptoms are severe, patients should rest in bed. After basic recovery, they may choose exercises they enjoy or are good at for physical activity.
