How to treat low-grade lesions of the vaginal wall
The term "Yin wall" usually refers to the vaginal wall. There are many causes of low-grade lesions in the vaginal wall, commonly resulting from vaginal wall cysts, vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia, or vaginal wall injuries. These conditions can be improved through oral medications, surgical treatments, and other methods.
1. Vaginal Wall Cysts
Vaginal wall cysts are typically treated by aspiration with a needle to drain the fluid or through surgical intervention. Excision of the vaginal wall cyst may be performed. After surgery, patients are advised to take preventive measures against infection.
2. Vaginal Wall Inflammation
Inflammatory lesions caused by bacterial or fungal infections can lead to ulceration and erosion of the local mucosa. Under medical guidance, treatment may include oral anti-inflammatory medications such as cefixime dispersible tablets or amoxicillin capsules.
3. Vaginal Wall Injury
There are various causes of vaginal wall injury, including mucosal tears during sexual intercourse. Prompt local debridement and suturing surgery are required.
Patients with low-grade vaginal wall lesions should focus on improving nutrition and engaging in physical exercise to enhance their immune system. Regular follow-up examinations are also recommended.
