Gout is a type of joint disorder caused by hyperuricemia, which is closely related to a high-purine diet. Therefore, patients should follow a low-purine diet in daily life. Beef balls are primarily made from beef, which contains 83.7 mg of purines per serving and is considered a moderate-purine food. Patients may consume small quantities, but excessive intake should be avoided.

Patients should also尽量 minimize consumption of high-purine foods such as animal offal, sardines, various shellfish and crabs, meat broths, and dried fish. They should also limit intake of foods with moderate purine levels, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, legumes and豆products, peanuts, cashews, and sesame seeds. During an acute gout attack, movement of the affected limb should be restricted, and anti-inflammatory medications such as colchicine tablets, nimesulide granules, or aspirin tablets should be taken under medical guidance. Once symptoms subside, patients may take uric acid-lowering drugs such as allopurinol tablets or benzbromarone tablets as prescribed by a doctor.
