Introduction
In general, the use of an electronic blood pressure monitor involves positioning the patient in a comfortable posture, exposing the upper arm, wrapping the cuff, and pressing the power button. Sit quietly for about 5 minutes before starting the measurement to allow the body to relax. The patient should lie flat or sit down, with the electronic blood pressure monitor positioned at heart level. Fully expose the right upper arm and wrap the cuff around the middle of the patient's right upper arm.

Generally, the use of an electronic sphygmomanometer involves positioning the patient properly, exposing the upper arm, wrapping the cuff, and pressing the power button. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Sit quietly for about 5 minutes before starting the measurement to allow the body to relax.

2. Have the patient lie flat or sit comfortably, placing the electronic blood pressure monitor at heart level.

3. Fully expose the right upper arm and wrap the cuff around the middle of the upper arm; ensure the strap is snug enough to allow two fingers to fit underneath.

4. Press the start button to begin measurement. Once the display readings stabilize, record the systolic and diastolic blood pressure values.

5. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional and receive brief instruction before using the blood pressure monitor to ensure accurate results.

Note: Avoid talking or moving during measurement. If abnormal readings occur, seek medical advice promptly.
