Introduction
Urticaria is a common skin condition. Initial symptoms in women may include itchy skin, red rashes, and skin swelling. In addition, wheals may also appear. It is important to maintain a light diet, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and avoid spicy or irritating foods. Urticaria is a common skin condition. Initial symptoms in women may include skin itching, red rashes, and skin swelling.

1. Skin Itching

The most common early symptom of urticaria in women is skin itching. Patients may experience itchy, prickling, or burning sensations on the skin. Under medical guidance, oral medications such as cetirizine hydrochloride tablets or desloratadine capsules can be used, along with topical treatments like calamine lotion to relieve itching.

2. Red Rashes

In the early stages of urticaria, women may develop red rashes that are irregular in shape and vary in size. At this stage, patients should use antihistamines such as loratadine tablets or ebastine tablets under medical supervision.

3. Skin Swelling

Skin swelling may also occur in the initial phase of urticaria in women. Patients may feel swollen, tight, or painful skin. Swelling can be reduced under medical guidance through methods such as cold wet compresses and oral medications—for example, applying cold saline compresses, or taking cetirizine tablets or levocetirizine tablets.

Additionally, wheals (raised skin areas) may appear. In daily life, it's important to maintain a light diet, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and avoid spicy or irritating foods. Adequate rest should be taken, indoor air should be kept fresh and well-circulated, and windows should be opened regularly for ventilation.
