Introduction
Hemangiomas are a common type of benign tumor. Depending on their size and location, different treatment methods may be used. The two most common approaches are simple surgical excision and minimally invasive interventional surgery. These procedures should be performed at a正规 hospital. Upon entering the operating room, the patient is placed in a supine position. The anesthesiologist administers anesthesia, while the surgeon performs routine disinfection and draping.

1. After entering the operating room, the patient lies in a supine position. The anesthesiologist administers anesthesia, while the surgeon performs routine disinfection and draping.
2. Once anesthesia takes effect, a transverse incision is made according to the lesion site. The skin and subcutaneous tissues are cut open to expose the tumor. The hemangioma is then separated from surrounding tissues and completely removed.
3. After removal of the hemangioma, thorough hemostasis is achieved at the bleeding sites. The wound is irrigated with normal saline, and the residual cavity is sutured with absorbable sutures.
4. The subcutaneous tissue and skin are sutured layer by layer, followed by compression dressing with several layers of gauze.
After surgery, patients should be cautious about wound contamination. In case of postoperative complications such as bleeding, infection, or pain, patients should promptly call the assigned nurse or physician.
