Introduction
Vaginal bleeding after hysteroscopic surgery usually lasts 5 to 14 days. If the surgical trauma is minimal and postoperative care is appropriate, bleeding typically lasts a shorter duration of 5 to 7 days. If the trauma is more significant, bleeding may last 7 to 10 days. In some cases, such as individuals with slightly impaired coagulation function or those who do not rest adequately and engage in excessive activity after surgery, bleeding may extend to 10 to 14 days.

Vaginal bleeding after hysteroscopic surgery typically lasts 5 to 14 days, with specific analysis as follows:

1. 5–7 days

If the surgical trauma is minimal, postoperative care is appropriate, and nutritional intake is sufficient, the endometrium recovers quickly, resulting in a shorter bleeding duration generally between 5 and 7 days.

2. 7–10 days

For procedures such as diagnostic curettage or polyp removal, the trauma is relatively greater and bleeding more significant; even with good recovery, it may take 7 to 10 days for symptoms to resolve.

3. 10–14 days

In individuals with slightly impaired coagulation function or those who do not rest adequately and engage in excessive activity after surgery, endometrial recovery may be slower, prolonging bleeding to between 10 and 14 days.

In addition, if uterine involution is poor, bleeding may extend beyond two weeks. In case of abnormal conditions, timely medical evaluation is recommended for further examination and targeted treatment based on the specific diagnosis.
