Introduction
Eating a man's sperm generally does not have any adverse effects on the body. Consuming large amounts usually does not impact health, either positively or negatively. Sperm, more accurately referred to as semen, consists largely of seminal plasma, which makes up about 90% of its volume. Seminal plasma is composed of fluids secreted by the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland. While sperm cells are reproductive cells, seminal plasma mainly contains fructose and trace elements.

Ingesting semen does not typically have any adverse effects on the body. The details are as follows:

Generally, consuming large amounts of semen does not affect health, neither positively nor negatively. Semen primarily refers to seminal fluid, which consists of about 90% seminal plasma. This plasma is made up of fluids secreted by the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland. While semen contains reproductive cells, seminal plasma mainly comprises fructose, trace elements, water, and other components that are harmless when ingested. Once swallowed, semen and seminal plasma are gradually broken down during digestion. However, if a man has reproductive system infections such as seminal vesiculitis or prostatitis, his semen may carry microorganisms or pathogens, which could potentially be transmitted orally to a partner. Therefore, caution should be exercised when ingesting semen to avoid possible negative consequences.

It is recommended to avoid unhygienic sexual practices in daily life to prevent infections entering through the mouth. Additionally, pay attention to dietary hygiene and avoid consuming food contaminated with bacteria or that has spoiled.
