Introduction
A white blood cell count of 50/HP may result from either physiological or pathological causes, such as rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, etc., and targeted treatment can be administered accordingly. A temporary increase in white blood cells after intense exercise is a normal physiological response. Exercise can also cause muscle contractions, leading to the production of certain biologically active substances, such as myoglobin and cytokines.

A white blood cell count of 50/HP may result from either physiological or pathological causes, such as rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, etc. Targeted treatment can be provided. Specific analysis is as follows:

I. Physiological Causes

A temporary increase in white blood cells after intense physical exercise is a normal physiological response. Therefore, increased white blood cell counts are commonly observed in inflammatory diseases such as tuberculosis. Treatment should follow medical advice and may include medications such as isoniazid capsules, ethambutol capsules, and levofloxacin tablets.
