Introduction
Chest tightness, left shoulder pain, and back pain may be caused by factors such as excessive fatigue, cervical spondylosis, or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. These symptoms can be improved through general treatments, medication, or surgery. If you engage in intense physical activity or have a demanding job, lactic acid buildup may lead to localized pain and chest discomfort. It's also important to get adequate rest.

Chest tightness, left shoulder pain, and back pain may be caused by factors such as overexertion, cervical spondylosis, or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. These symptoms can be improved through general treatments, medications, or surgery. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Overexertion

If one engages in excessive physical activity or has a strenuous workload, it may lead to lactic acid buildup, causing localized pain and chest discomfort. It is important to get adequate rest, develop healthy lifestyle habits, and avoid overexertion.

2. Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is a common degenerative condition. Narrowing or protrusion of the intervertebral foramina may compress local nerves, leading to insufficient blood supply and oxygenation to the heart area, resulting in cardiac discomfort. Due to nerve irritation, radiating pain may also occur. For severe pain, analgesic medications such as acetaminophen tablets or ibuprofen sustained-release capsules may be used according to medical advice.

3. Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease occurs when the coronary arteries become narrowed or blocked, causing myocardial ischemia and resulting in local discomfort and pain. Treatments include stent placement or coronary artery bypass surgery.

In addition to the above causes, similar symptoms may also result from congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, heart failure, or myocardial infarction. If any physical discomfort occurs, prompt medical evaluation at a hospital is recommended.
