Introduction
There is no established claim that moxibustion treats 70 specific common diseases. Moxibustion is generally used to treat conditions such as bi syndrome, deficiency-cold syndromes, and qi stagnation with blood stasis. Specifically, moxibustion works by utilizing the thermal energy of burning mugwort and its medicinal effects to stimulate meridians and acupoints, thereby warming the meridians, promoting circulation, invigorating qi and blood, removing dampness and dispelling cold, reducing swelling and dissipating nodules. It can effectively alleviate bi syndrome.

There is no established list of 70 common diseases treatable with moxibustion. Moxibustion is generally used to treat conditions such as bi syndrome, deficiency-cold syndromes, and qi stagnation with blood stasis, with specific details as follows:

1. Bi Syndrome

Moxibustion stimulates meridians and acupoints through the thermal energy of burning mugwort and its medicinal effects, achieving benefits such as warming meridians, promoting circulation, invigorating qi and blood, dispelling dampness and cold, reducing swelling, and dissipating nodules. It can effectively relieve symptoms of bi syndrome.

2. Deficiency-Cold Syndrome

Moxibustion helps strengthen the body's yang energy and effectively alleviates deficiency-cold symptoms, such as sensitivity to cold, fatigue, and general lethargy.

3. Qi Stagnation with Blood Stasis Syndrome

Moxibustion promotes the circulation of qi and blood and relaxes tendons and meridians, thereby helping to treat conditions characterized by qi stagnation and blood stasis.

In addition to the above conditions, moxibustion may also be used for treating wind-cold syndromes. When using moxibustion for treatment, avoid applying it to areas such as the heart, major arteries, or the abdomen of pregnant women. Also, ensure the temperature is not too high to prevent burns. If symptoms are severe, it is recommended to seek timely medical attention at a hospital.
