You can appropriately massage your ears in daily life to promote blood circulation, unblock meridians, enhance the body's resistance, and prevent diseases. However, the massage should be performed by a professional. The specific procedure is as follows: The person receiving the massage sits down. The doctor applies an appropriate amount of lubricating oil evenly on both the inner and outer surfaces of the auricle. Then, the doctor uses the pads of the thumb and index finger to press along the outer edge of the auricle.

Regular ear massage can help improve blood circulation, unblock meridians, enhance the body's immunity, and prevent diseases. However, such massage should be performed by a professional. The specific steps are as follows:

1. The person receiving the massage should sit down. The practitioner applies an appropriate amount of lubricating oil evenly on both the outer and inner surfaces of the auricle.

2. Using the pads of the thumb and index finger, the practitioner gradually presses and massages along the outer edge of the auricle from top to bottom and from outside to inside for about 10 minutes.

3. After pressing, use the pads of both fingers to perform rotational kneading on the earlobe for approximately 5 minutes.

4. The practitioner warms both hands by rubbing them together, then places the palms over the recipient’s ears to provide warmth; this concludes the massage.

When performing ear massage regularly, always maintain appropriate pressure and avoid applying excessive force.
