Introduction
Acupressure can be applied to points such as Taichong (LV3), Fengchi (GB20), Hegu (LI4), Taiyang, and Sanyinjiao (SP6). 1. Taichong point: Located in the depression between the first and second metatarsal bones on the sole of the foot, Taichong is a commonly used acupoint for pain relief. Massaging this point can help alleviate symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and insomnia. 2. Fengchi point: Connected to the shoulder and neck area of the body, massaging the Fengchi point can help relieve neck stiffness.

Acupressure can target points such as Taichong (LV3), Fengchi (GB20), Hegu (LI4), Taiyang (EX-HN5), and Sanyinjiao (SP6). The details are as follows:

1. Taichong (LV3): Located in the depression between the first and second metatarsal bones on the sole of the foot, Taichong is a commonly used analgesic acupoint. Massaging this point helps relieve symptoms such as headache, dizziness, and insomnia.

2. Fengchi (GB20): Connected to the shoulder and neck regions of the body, massaging Fengchi can help alleviate neck stiffness, headaches, and shoulder-neck pain.

3. Hegu (LI4): Situated in the depression between the first and second metacarpal bones on the back of the hand, Hegu communicates with the stomach and large intestine meridians. Stimulating this point can regulate gastrointestinal function, relieve related symptoms, and ease conditions such as stomach pain and indigestion.

4. Taiyang (EX-HN5): Located at the outer end of the eyebrow, in the depression near the temporal bone prominence, Taiyang connects with the cranial nerves. Stimulating this point promotes blood circulation and helps relieve migraines and eye fatigue.

5. Sanyinjiao (SP6): Linked to reproductive organs such as the uterus and ovaries, stimulating Sanyinjiao can regulate physiological functions and help alleviate menstrual irregularities and dysmenorrhea.

It should be noted that acupressure therapy should be performed under the guidance of a qualified professional to avoid adverse reactions from improper use. Additionally, due to individual differences in physical condition, responses to acupoints may vary. Therefore, acupressure treatment should be adjusted according to each person's specific circumstances.
