Introduction
In general, HPV refers to human papillomavirus, and TCT refers to liquid-based thin-layer cytology. Whether both the human papillomavirus test and liquid-based thin-layer cytology should be performed together mainly depends on the individual patient's circumstances. For individuals with a history of sexual activity and multiple sexual partners, both tests are generally recommended; for those without sexual experience, routine combined testing is usually not necessary.
一般情况下，HPV指人乳头瘤病毒、TCT指液基薄层细胞学Examination，人乳头瘤病毒Examination和液基薄层细胞学Examination是否需要一起做，主要取决于Patient具体情况。若有性生活史且存在多个性伴侣，一般需要两项一起Examination；若无性生活，通常不需要一起Examination。具体分析如下：
人乳头瘤病毒Examination能够检测是否存在人乳头瘤病毒感染，可以Prevention和Treatment相关Disease。液基薄层细胞学Examination是宫颈癌筛查的重要Method，可以早期发现宫颈癌及癌前病变。30岁以上的女性，尤其是有性生活史、多个性伴侣、Immunity系统受损等情况，同时进行人乳头瘤病毒Examination与液基薄层细胞学Examination可以提高宫颈癌筛查的准确率和阳性率，减少漏诊和误诊。
没有性生活的女性，感染人乳头瘤病毒的风险较低，同时进行两项Examination可能会增加Medical成本，单独进行液基薄层细胞学Examination可能已足够。通常不需要两项一起Examination。
