What causes pimples on the back of the neck?
In general, pimples usually refer to acne. Acne on the back of the neck may be caused by puberty, excessive stress, clothing friction and pressure, folliculitis, or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). 3. Clothing Friction and Pressure
