What to eat for regulating qi and blood deficiency (blood deficiency)

Introduction
Under normal circumstances, individuals with Qi and blood deficiency can consume foods such as Chinese dates (jujubes), pork liver, longan, black sesame seeds, and wolfberry (Lycium barbarum) to help regulate their condition. They may also take herbal remedies such as Guipi Wan (Polygala and Poria Pills), Siwu Granules (Four-Ingredient Granules), Buzhong Yiqi Wan (Spleen-Qi Tonifying Pills), Bazhen Granules (Eight-Treasure Granules), or Ejiao Buxue Granules (Colla Corii Asini Blood-Nourishing Granules). In daily life, moderate consumption of meat such as beef, lamb, chicken, loach, carp, and sea cucumber is also recommended.

Generally, qi and blood deficiency can be improved by consuming foods such as Chinese dates, pork liver, longan, black sesame seeds, and wolfberries. Additionally, medications such as Guipi Wan (Polygala and Ginseng Pill), Siwu Granules (Four-herb Granules), Buzhong Yiqi Wan (Codonopsis and Astragalus Pill), Bazhen Granules (Eight-ingredient Granules), and Ejiao Buxue Granules (Gelatin Blood-nourishing Granules) may also be taken to regulate qi and blood deficiency. I. Foods

1. Chinese Dates

Chinese dates are sweet in taste and rich in iron and various vitamins. They have functions of invigorating qi and blood, and calming the mind. 2. Pork Liver

In daily life, it can be prepared as pork liver soup or stir-fried pork liver, which rapidly replenishes iron in the body, promotes hemoglobin synthesis, and effectively alleviates symptoms of anemia.

3. Buzhong Yiqi Wan

5. Ejiao Buxue Granules

Ejiao Buxue Granules are made from Ejiao (donkey-hide gelatin), prepared rehmannia root, Codonopsis root, astragalus root, wolfberry fruit, and white atractylodes rhizome.
