Introduction
Acne may be caused by unhealthy lifestyle habits, excessive sebum gland secretion, hormonal imbalances, abnormal skin keratinization, or infection with Propionibacterium acnes. It can be improved according to the specific situation. Long-term late nights, irregular作息 (作息 should be translated as "作息" is a Chinese term referring to daily routines or作息 habits), and high mental stress can affect the body's endocrine system, thereby stimulating the sebaceous glands to secrete more oil, leading to acne formation.

Acne may be caused by unhealthy lifestyle habits, excessive sebaceous gland secretion, hormonal imbalances, abnormal skin keratinization, Propionibacterium acnes infection, and other factors. Improvement can be made according to individual conditions. It is recommended to seek timely medical attention and undergo treatment under the guidance of a physician.

1. Unhealthy lifestyle habits: Long-term late-night stays, irregular作息 (作息 should be translated as "sleep patterns" or "rest schedules"), high mental stress, and other unhealthy habits can affect the body's endocrine system, thereby stimulating the sebaceous glands to secrete more oil, leading to acne. Adjusting sleep patterns, ensuring adequate sleep, and reducing stress through activities such as exercise and listening to music can help improve acne conditions.

2. Excessive sebaceous gland secretion: Excessive oil production by the sebaceous glands can easily clog pores and lead to acne. It is recommended to keep the skin clean, use mild facial cleansers and skincare products, and avoid cosmetics containing irritating ingredients.

3. Hormonal imbalance: Hormonal imbalances can increase sebaceous gland activity, thus promoting the occurrence and development of acne. It is recommended to maintain a healthy diet and sleep schedule to regulate hormone levels and reduce acne occurrence.

4. Abnormal skin keratinization: Abnormal keratinization in the lower cheek areas can block hair follicles and sebaceous gland openings, leading to acne. This typically manifests as pimples, pustules, and other lesions on the face, back, and other sebum-rich areas of the skin, which are difficult to resolve. Follow medical advice for chemical peeling treatments, such as using alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) to promote skin metabolism, dissolve comedones, and improve acne symptoms.

5. Propionibacterium acnes infection: Overgrowth of Propionibacterium acnes within the hair follicles can break down sebum into free fatty acids, which irritate the skin and trigger inflammatory reactions, possibly resulting in red, swollen, and painful skin lesions. It is recommended to follow medical advice and apply medications such as clindamycin phosphate gel, metronidazole gel, or erythromycin ointment to alleviate symptoms.

Maintaining good lifestyle habits, such as balanced nutrition, sufficient sleep, and moderate exercise, can also help improve acne.
