However, sweet potatoes have a relatively high carbohydrate content and a glycemic index (GI) of approximately 54, classifying them as a medium-GI food. Diabetic patients with stable blood glucose control may consume sweet potatoes; their dietary fiber helps delay carbohydrate absorption, thereby contributing to more stable blood glucose levels.

地瓜富含膳食纤维、维生素A、钾等营养成分,且含有多种生物活性物质如β-胡萝卜素、脱氢表雄酮等。但地瓜碳水化合物含量较高,升糖指数约为54,属于中等升糖指数食物。若DiabetesPatient血糖控制稳定,可以食用地瓜,膳食纤维可延缓碳水吸收,有助于平稳血糖。
