Introduction
Under normal circumstances, Cordyceps flower (Cordyceps militaris) is incompatible with seafood, green tea, persimmons, yogurt, radishes, and other foods. Consuming Cordyceps flower together with seafood may cause allergic reactions or indigestion. Seafood contains large amounts of xenoproteins, which may increase the risk of allergic reactions when combined with certain components of Cordyceps flower. However, this does not mean they absolutely cannot be consumed together.

Generally, Cordyceps flower may interact with seafood, green tea, persimmons, yogurt, and radishes. The specific analysis is as follows:

1. Seafood

Consuming Cordyceps flower with seafood may cause allergic reactions or indigestion. Seafood contains large amounts of foreign proteins that, when combined with certain components of Cordyceps flower, may increase the risk of allergic reactions.

2. Green Tea

Cordyceps flower should not be consumed with green tea, as green tea contains significant amounts of tannic acid and caffeine. These components may interact with the active ingredients in Cordyceps flower, reducing its medicinal effectiveness.

3. Persimmon

Consuming Cordyceps flower with persimmon may lead to indigestion. Persimmons contain large amounts of tannic acid, which can combine with proteins in Cordyceps flower to form indigestible substances, potentially causing stomach discomfort or even gastric stones.

4. Yogurt

Cordyceps flower contains abundant proteins and polysaccharides, while the lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can break down proteins. Consuming both together may result in premature breakdown of some proteins in Cordyceps flower, affecting the efficacy of its beneficial components.

5. Radish

Cordyceps flower is rich in various amino acids, vitamins, and trace elements, while radishes contain substantial amounts of enzymatic decomposing enzymes. When consumed with radishes, these enzymes may reduce the nutritional value of Cordyceps flower.

Although the above foods may interact with Cordyceps flower, it does not mean they absolutely cannot be consumed together. In daily diets, these foods can be appropriately combined according to individual constitution and health status, while paying attention to bodily reactions.
