Introduction
Under normal circumstances, signs of a successful in vitro fertilization (IVF) may include mild abdominal pain, breast tenderness, missed period, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, and drowsiness. After embryo transfer during IVF, some women may experience mild abdominal pain or aching during the embryo implantation process, which is a normal physiological response. The pain is usually not severe and may occur in varying locations.

Generally, "test-tube baby" refers to in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET), and "doing well" means the procedure was successful. Following a successful IVF-ET, individuals may experience mild abdominal pain, breast tenderness, backache, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, and drowsiness. Detailed explanations are as follows:

1. Mild Abdominal Pain

After a successful IVF-ET, mild abdominal pain or aching may occur during the embryo implantation process. This is a normal physiological response during implantation. The pain typically is not severe and may occur in varying locations.

2. Breast Tenderness

After embryo implantation, increased levels of estrogen and progesterone in the female body stimulate breast tissue proliferation, leading to breast tenderness. The nipple color may darken, accompanied by increased pigmentation around the areola.

3. Backache

Following a successful IVF-ET, the body's immunity may decrease, potentially causing backache and even pain or other discomfort.

4. Nausea and Vomiting

Due to hormonal changes in the body after pregnancy, some women may experience early pregnancy symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. These symptoms typically occur in the morning or when fasting but may persist throughout the day.

5. Fatigue and Drowsiness

During pregnancy, some women may feel more fatigued and sleepy, which is caused by increased levels of progesterone in the body.

During the IVF-ET process, women should maintain a positive mindset, follow the doctor's instructions for subsequent treatments, and undergo regular follow-up examinations to monitor maternal and fetal health.
