1. Pear

Pears are cold-natured fruits. Eating them together with lamb may intensify coldness in the body, impair the yang energy of the spleen and stomach, and affect their normal digestive function, potentially causing indigestion, abdominal distension, and other issues.

2. Banana

Bananas are also cold in nature and contain a high amount of tannic acid. Consuming them with lamb may not only cause gastrointestinal discomfort due to conflicting thermal properties, but the tannic acid may also combine with the protein in lamb to form substances that are difficult to digest, increasing the burden on the gastrointestinal tract.

3. Pomelo

Pomelos are cold-natured fruits that have the effect of clearing heat and reducing internal fire. 4. Persimmon

5. Kiwifruit

Additionally, vitamin C may react with certain components in lamb, reducing its nutritional value or causing physical discomfort.
