Spleen and kidney yang deficiency should be improved through dietary regulation, medication, adjustment of daily routines, moderate exercise, and external treatments in traditional Chinese medicine. Regulation should be carried out gradually. If severe symptoms such as persistent cold intolerance, cold limbs, or chronic diarrhea occur, medical attention should be sought promptly. Dietary regulation: increase intake of warm-natured foods such as lamb, chives, and walnuts, and avoid raw, cold, and cooling foods.

4. Moderate Exercise: Choose gentle exercises such as jogging or Tai Chi, avoiding intense physical activity. Regular mild exercise promotes blood and qi circulation, enhances spleen and kidney function, and improves yang-deficient constitution.

5. External TCM Therapies: Under the supervision of a qualified practitioner, receive treatments such as moxibustion or cupping. Moxibustion at acupoints like Zusanli (ST36) and Guanyuan (CV4) can warm and tonify spleen and kidney yang, supporting overall body regulation.

Daily care should emphasize warmth, especially in the waist, abdomen, and lower limbs, to prevent cold exposure from worsening yang deficiency. Maintain a positive mood and avoid prolonged anxiety or depression, which may impair spleen and stomach digestion.
