Introduction
When experiencing cold feet, you may choose to massage acupoints such as Yongquan (KI1), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Zusanli (ST36), Kunlun (BL60), and Fulu (KI7). Appropriate massage of these acupoints can promote blood circulation, alleviate symptoms of cold feet, and help regulate overall body condition. However, massage is only a complementary treatment method; if symptoms are severe, other therapeutic approaches should also be used for proper management.

Generally, when experiencing cold feet, one may choose to massage acupoints such as Yongquan (Bubbling Spring), Sanyinjiao (Three Yin Intersection), Zusanli (Leg Three Miles), Kunlun (Heel), and Fulu (Return Flow). If discomfort persists, timely medical attention is recommended. Detailed explanations are as follows:

1. Yongquan (Bubbling Spring Point)

Yongquan is located at the intersection point one-third of the way along the sole's midline from the front. Massaging this point can accelerate local blood circulation and alleviate cold limbs and feet. It also has the effect of nourishing kidney essence, replenishing the kidney, nourishing yin, and reducing internal heat.

2. Sanyinjiao (Three Yin Intersection Point)

Sanyinjiao is located on the inner side of the lower leg, approximately four finger-widths above the highest point of the ankle. Massaging this point helps relieve stress, ease cold feet, and regulate the overall body condition.

3. Zusanli (Leg Three Miles Point)

Zusanli is located four finger-widths below the kneecap, on the outer side approximately one finger-width away. Massaging this point helps invigorate the spirit, strengthen physical stamina, promote whole-body blood circulation, and alleviate symptoms of cold feet.

4. Kunlun (Heel Point)

Kunlun is primarily located on the outer side of the ankle, in the depression behind and below the outer ankle tip. Massaging this point helps regulate body temperature, relieve physical fatigue, and improve symptoms such as cold extremities and cold feet.

5. Fulu (Return Flow Point)

Fulu is located two finger-widths above the central part of the inner ankle. Massaging this point has effects of nourishing the kidney and yin, promoting diuresis, and reducing edema. It helps improve kidney function and alleviate cold feet caused by kidney deficiency.

It should be noted that massage can only assist in alleviating symptoms of cold feet but cannot provide a complete cure. It should be combined with daily self-care and a balanced diet for better results. Additionally,保暖 (keeping warm) is important to avoid exposure to cold.
