During treatment with either formula, maintain a light diet and avoid raw, cold, or greasy foods; keep regular作息 (daily routines), and avoid staying up late, which can deplete qi and blood. Choose the appropriate formula according to your symptoms and do not substitute one for the other arbitrarily. If you are unsure about your body constitution, consult a healthcare professional before use.
