What physical problems can severe anxiety cause in the limbs?
Severe anxiety can lead to physical symptoms such as muscle tension and pain, numbness or tingling in the limbs, tremors, autonomic nervous system-related limb symptoms, and abnormal motor function. These issues are often associated with nerve hyperexcitability, muscle spasms, and circulatory disturbances.
