Introduction
AIDS is a relatively common infectious disease, primarily transmitted through blood and bodily fluid contact, sexual contact, and mother-to-child (vertical) transmission. The HIV virus has extremely weak survival capacity outside the human body and is typically inactivated or loses its infectivity within minutes to hours in external environments. Therefore, HIV does not exist in the air.
AIDS is a relatively common infectious disease, primarily transmitted through blood and bodily fluid contact, sexual contact, and mother-to-child (vertical) transmission. The HIV virus has extremely poor survival capacity outside the human body and typically becomes inactivated or loses its infectivity within minutes to hours after exposure to the external environment. Therefore, HIV does not exist in the air, and transmission via airborne routes is impossible—there is no need for undue concern or panic.
