In daily life, incorporate iron-rich foods into the diet, ensure balanced intake of protein and trace elements, maintain regular sleep patterns, and engage in moderate physical activity—these measures collectively support steady enhancement of hematopoietic capacity and help prevent recurrent anemia-induced cardiac injury.
