1. Calcium-rich foods: legumes, dairy products, and bones.
2. Phosphorus-rich foods: whole grains, soybeans, broad beans, peanuts, meat, eggs, fish, shrimp, dairy products, and liver.
3. Iron-rich foods: liver is the richest dietary source of iron.
4. Zinc-rich foods: kelp, oysters, soybeans, eggplants, and lentils.
5. Iodine-rich foods: kelp and nori (dried laver).
