Iron-rich foods: liver is the richest dietary source of iron. 4. Zinc-rich foods: kelp, oysters, soybeans, eggplants, and lentils. 5. Iodine-rich foods: kelp and nori (dried laver). 6. Selenium-rich foods: seafood, liver, kidneys, meat, and rice.
