How to Conceive More Quickly with a Retroverted Uterus

Women with a retroverted uterus may find it more difficult to conceive. After intercourse, they can elevate their hips by placing a soft pillow under their buttocks. This helps retain semen in the vaginal posterior fornix, allowing the cervix to remain immersed in semen and thereby facilitating conception. During intercourse, positions such as female-superior (woman on top) or rear-entry may also be adopted, as altering body position can enhance the likelihood of conception. Women with a retroverted uterus should regularly monitor ovulation and, once the ovulation period is identified, appropriately increase the frequency of intercourse. After intercourse, they should avoid walking around or douching the genital area to maximize the chances of conception.
