What Causes Kidney Pain?
Disease description:
I’ve been experiencing lower back pain these past two days—sometimes it’s so severe that I can’t even stand up straight. What could be causing this kidney-area pain?
Low back pain can arise from various causes:
1. **Pathological changes in internal organs of the lumbar region**: For example, kidney deficiency or urinary tract stones may cause low back pain.
2. **Lumbar disc herniation**: This condition is typically caused by degeneration of the lumbar spine and commonly presents with pain in the lower back and legs.
3. **Lumbar muscle strain**: Prolonged bending, standing, or sitting places excessive fatigue on the lumbar muscles, predisposing individuals to low back pain.
