Cervical erosion is typically treated under a physician’s guidance with medications that have antipruritic, anti-infective, heat-clearing, and dampness-drying properties. The standard treatment course lasts one month, involving local medication application for 7–10 days per cycle, repeated for three consecutive cycles. After completing treatment, patients should return to the hospital for follow-up evaluation to assess disease progression. If symptoms show no improvement, laser therapy may be recommended. This high-temperature procedure—reaching over 700°C—induces carbonization of inflamed or pathologically altered cervical tissue, followed by gradual eschar formation and healing.
