Heatstroke manifests symptoms immediately upon onset. Most patients present with fever, generalized dry skin, and anxiety, often accompanied by facial flushing. In more severe cases, blood pressure progressively declines, and seizures may occur. In relatively hot and poorly ventilated enclosed environments, patients experience profuse sweating, leading to significant losses of electrolytes and body fluids, resulting in complications such as respiratory and circulatory failure.
